gay wine club

Is a social event series for queer people-and our allies-that want to drink great wine, and learn about it in a fun, approachable way.

This is a space for queers to create community and do a deep dive into incredible wines. Aside from connecting with other queer people, my goal is to make sure you leave being able to identify what you like about wine, what you don’t like, and how to talk about it all in a way that feels comfortable for you. Wine doesn’t have to be intimidating. Wine culture doesn’t have to be exclusionary. This space is for us to infuse wine with our language and our culture. This is how we queer a wine space.

Each session, we:

• taste 4 wines-always highlighting women, queer, and winemakers of color

• have light bites or a full meal

• Listen to an incredible soundtrack (heavy on the house and disco.)

• have an opportunity to ask all the dumb questions you’ve ever had about wine

• intentionally create moments of connection
